This mixed planter will thrive inside with bright, direct light. It needs to be watered twice a week and potted up in 2-4 months. With this planter, you actually get a total of 5 different plants: Rocky Mountain Geranium, Purple Euphorbia, Variegated Kalanchoe, Gasteria and Elephant Food.

The soil is topped with granite gravel and comes with a Rocky Mountain quartzite from the San Luis Valley and Billy Ball decorations. The container is 6 inches in diameter and stands 14 inches tall with the plants. 

This mixed planter comes in a white textured ceramic container. There is no drainage hole, so we put a nice layer of gravel at the bottom to help with drainage. All of our containers and vases are up-cycled from second-hand sources. We believe in the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, or finding beauty in the imperfections. This allows us to rescue slightly used but still in really good condition containers and give them new purpose.

We start all of our plants from cuttings that we take from our large houseplant collection. We root them with homemade willow rooting hormone, plant them with cinnamon in our high-quality potting soil mix, and care for them tenderly while they grow under natural sunlight.
